Most other countries incur a flat rate of $250AUD per "The Beast" order. If you are unsure, please contact us.
All orders are now shipped from Southport Gold Coast.
Orders outside Australia may incur import duty. Check with your local customs authority as additional government imposed charges may be applicable in your country.
All orders are very carefully packaged and wrapped for safety during delivery.
Most non pre order products are shipped the same day as or the next day after the order is placed, although this may vary for large orders or kits containing 3D printed parts.

Non Pre Order Products:
We are committed to providing the best customer service possible. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us and we'll provide a prompt solution.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Pre Order Products:
As our 3D printers are “made to order” kit builds of which require assembly according to our assembly instructions and are sold on a pre order only basis, we cannot accept returns or refunds on the printer as a whole, unless we are unable to supply the goods within 45 days of the estimated delivery timeframe or the product is significantly not as described. If however parts of the printer are found to be faulty we are happy to replace the component(s) within 12 months of purchase or provide a refund for the value of the part only. Physically damaged parts which were not damaged in transit from Cultivate3D to the client will not be covered under warranty.
Cultivate3D will be liable for replacement of faulty, missing or "damaged in transit" kit build components, manufactured by Cultivate3D or supplied as part of a kit manufactured by Cultivate3D, providing we have been notified within 45 Days of receipt of goods. Please fill out the Spare Parts Order Form and email to us with the Subject "Spare Parts Order". While missing or faulty components will be replaced at Cultivate3D cost within 12 months, we provide free shipping for replacement components on the first spare parts order only. Shipping may apply for subsequent spare parts orders.
For kit builds manufactured by Cultivate3D, parts or products damaged by the user, through wear and tear, negligence or accidental damage can be replaced at cost price within 12 months of purchase. Cultivate3D may request freight cost to ship damaged parts to the consumer at Cultivate3D's discretion.
Pre order "windows" usually last for 30 days from the pre order window opening date advertised on our website. Dates of pre order window opening will be advertised on Cultivate3d.com. Made to order, kit build products which have been pre ordered inside the pre order window can be refunded due to change of mind providing we are notified prior to the pre order window closing. If you require a full refund, it is imperative you contact us as soon as possible. Once component orders have been placed with our suppliers and manufacturing costs incurred by Cultivate3D, we may be unable to provide a full refund. Cultivate3D may seek compensation in the form of a "restocking fee" to recoup costs incurred for orders cancelled after the pre order window closes.
